Coyote Ugly Saloon is now hiring for an Assistant Manager
Seeking self-motivated/goal-oriented Manager to join our team. This job will require both Kitchen and Bar management experience with an emphasis on bar management experience. 1+ yrs. kitchen/bar management experience mandatory.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Setting food pars/working with vendors/making orders/accepting deliveries
*Training new employee's proper standards and protocol. Training new bartenders, waitresses, security, and kitchen staff.
*Scheduling staff
*Inventory and waste control, minimalizing loss, lowing overhead
*Must have a flexible schedule
*Must have leadership skills as you will be part of managing a fast
paced, high volume, sales driven bar.
