Job Duties:
Oversee daily operations at the Marina
Ensure all staff are in place and trained to provide each customer with exceptional service
Ensure that marina is well maintained and operational
Create the weekly schedule
Address safety, security, and liability concerns
Look for new revenue generating ideas and concepts
Sell, manage, and oversell the slip rentals
Assist with lake clean up as needed
Communicate with the various departments around the hotel as needed for events and special occasions
Inventory management of all equipment and items
Job Requirements:
Must have 2 years of supervisory/ management experience
Must have a passion for outdoors
Must have a positive attitude
General boating knowledge is preferred
Marketing experience is a plus
Must be available to work any and all shifts
Must be able to work holidays and weekends
Must be able to lift, pull, push, and carry 40+ pounds
