Carruth Cellars Wine Garden in Little Italy is looking to hire an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a busser/dishwasher. This person would support the kitchen and bar staff by bussing, cleaning, and restocking glassware and dinnerware as needed. Other duties include: open/close tasting room, sweep and mop inside and bathrooms, maintain outside garden area if needed, collect used glasses/plates from tables after customers have left, and more.
Qualifications:
-Bussing experience in a high-volume establishment greatly preferred
-Must be available most evenings/weekends
-Food Handler's Certification required within one month of hire
-Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs (a wine case)
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
-Must be friendly, hardworking, a fast learner, and punctual
-Experience or interest in a winery/bar atmosphere is a plus
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work
The position of busser/dishwasher is to give support to our bar and kitchen staff.
$12/hour plus tips, 1-3 shifts/per week (6-24 hours/week)
