Chicken Charlie's FryBQ (Clairemont Location) is looking for a new team member to help in our kitchen!
Start Date: ASAP
Starting Pay: $14/hr
Hours: 20-30 hrs
Shifts: AM (830-4), PM (4:00PM-11:30PM)
Responsibilities:
- Handling raw poultry, beef, and seafood.
- Preparing fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Handling sharp knives and other cutting utensils.
- Preparing sauce, batters, and other condiments.
- Communicating with cooks to ensure timely delivery of each order.
- Maintaining a clean work space.
- Daily cleaning of kitchen; including dish washing.
Qualifications:
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Previous restaurant experience (preferred).
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to work standing for an 8 hr shift with breaks.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
