Beautiful beach restaurant seeks Manager:
Requirements:
⢠3 years minimum of restaurant management experience.
⢠Great communication & strong leadership skills.
⢠Good knowledge of Food/ Beverage and understanding of those operations
⢠A strong work ethic, 50 Hour work week including weekends and holidays. The passion to teach, coach, train
and mentor staff members.
⢠Have fun with the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities Include:
⢠Ensure a clean - safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
⢠Proactive management concerning food quality and service.
⢠Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
⢠Assisting in hiring, supervision, development and, when necessary, termination of employees.
⢠Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed for all shifts.
