Sushi 2 is hiring FOH Shift lead/Manager!
We are a fast pace high volume Japanese Fusion restaurant in the heart of the Gaslamp right on Broadway. Our style of restaurant is built for individuals who truly love the restaurant industry and want to make this profession their career. As a company we look for true people person who loves what they do and their attitude positively effects those around them. We are also looking for a candidate who would like to grow in the company to take on more and more responsibility and title.
The position available is FOH Shift lead. We would train you from the ground up at the company at each position so that you could effectively run your shifts and know the in’s and out’s of our operation. Our operation requires leadership style that focuses on multi-tasking and great customer service in a fast casual environment with a walk up ordering system.
Weekends are a must to work. All candidates must be able to commit to working the weekends.
Compensation-
$13-18 per hour plus tips. Averages $42,000 to $47,000 per year including tips
