BURROS WERE THE BACKBONE
of Mexican agriculture and cultivation. The Blind Burro serves authentic south of the border street food heavily inspired by the Baja region. With a Southern California twist and Baja inspired flare, The Blind Burro pays homage to the border with an emphasis on local sustainable seafood, fresh harvest and local ingredients. The Blind Burro also showcases a second-to-none tequila, mezcal and spirits program to complement flavors and capture the essence of the region.
The Blind Burro is looking to add to their front of house staff! We are currently looking to add the following positions to the team:
- Servers
- Hosts
We are looking for employees who have a minimum of two years of restaurant experience. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to comply with our ABC license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Weekend and night availability
- A great POSITIVE attitude!
- The drive and determination to only give 100% from start to finish
- Willing to market and promote The Blind Burro to your network
- Being up for any challenge that the hospitality business can throw your way
- The ability to excel in a fast pace environment
- Takes pride in organization and cleanliness
- Reliable, dependable and organized are MUSTS
- Can communicate effectively with fellow staff and management
- Must be 21 or older
