Uncle Italian at UCSD is looking for servers to join our team. This is a rare opportunity for those who desire weekends off to apply as the restaurant is open Monday-Friday.
We’re a group of like-minded individuals brought together by a shared pursuit: progressing the social landscape of San Diego for the better. We set out to create not restaurants and bars, but public gathering spaces that help cultivate our neighborhoods through the fostering of creativity, dialogue, questions and conversations. More than houses for innovative menus and handcrafted drinks, our projects are meant to be incubators for meaningful interaction.
Though each of our concepts has a unique identity, at the core of every property are a focus on quality-driven products and a social environment built to encourage the sharing of ideas. CH Projects comprises seventeen distinct concepts - Born & Raised, Craft & Commerce, False Idol, Fortunate Son, Invigatorium, Ironside Fish & Oyster, J & Tony's, Morning Glory, Neighborhood, Noble Experiment, Polite Provisions, Raised By Wolves, Seneca, The Reading Club, Uncle Italian, Underbelly and Young Blood.
We are looking for candidates that can understand and embody our identity and culture. You must be able to do the daily mundane procedures and interactions with genuine empathy. Emotional intelligence is just as important as technical prowess.
