Private Residence needs experienced caregiver/personal attendant for adult male. Must be kind, compassionate, caring, and patient. Must have 2 - 5 years of experience working with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients in a facility setting. Responsibilities will include assisting person with all activities of daily living. Needs to be bright, must be licensed CNA, LVN, or RN. Must be dedicated and absolutely professional in all aspects of work. Must perform well. Must perform light housekeeping duties when necessary (always less than 20% of daily duties). Must be experienced in developing interesting daily activities for patient. Must submit copies of driver's license, diploma, & all certifications. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Team oriented individual. Must drive and assist patient with all ADLs. Must have current vaccinations. Mandatory background and driving record checks. $1000 Retention Bonus ($500 paid after 6 months employment & $500 paid after 12 months employment). Beautiful surroundings. 8 Hour shifts (first shift, second shift, and noc shifts available). Part-time and possible full-time. Wages are paid twice per month. Second shift workers often enjoy a complimentary dinner.
