Our growing dental office in the exciting Carlsbad, California area is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Team Leader to lead our dynamic team. The Team Leader works closely with our awesome Dentist and team members to ensure that all business aspects of the practice are functioning in an orderly and proficient manner and to ensure the patient experience is positive and efficiently handled. The Team Leader communicates the practice philosophy through systems, critical thinking, problem solving and effective, open communication. The salary and benefit package for this full-time position is dependent on experience and includes exciting incentives.

In addition, this individual will possess the inner drive to ensure that our valued patients have the best dental experience at every visit. Required for this position is at least two years front office DENTAL experience, full knowledge of dental insurance processing and a thorough understanding of customer service with a smile.
