We are a well-established, dental practice in Chula Vista, looking for a RDA who is strong back office supervisor with experience, confident, and energetic.
We're looking for someone who is self-assured, with a welcoming attitude, and feels comfortable supervising and managing a back office staff of 10.
Here are some of the qualifications we are looking for:
2-5 years supervisor experience chair side in the dental office.
Bilingual
Complete understanding of dental procedures, as well as the comfort and ability to explain it to patient and communicate with staff.
Central Ordering supplies for two offices, knowledge of OSHA regulations a must.
Work well in a fast past environment.
