Human Resources Administrator

SeeScan is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to assist with multiple functions across our organization. Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and demonstrates the integrity and confidentiality needed to handle sensitive employee information.

Job Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to the Human Resources/Payroll/Benefits department, including answering calls, sorting mail, and data entry.

Prepare and maintain employment records concerning hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

Assist with company recruitment efforts.

Oversee hiring process.

Facilitate the onboarding process and assist with new hire orientations twice weekly.

Greet all office visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.

Assist with audits and cleanup projects.

Maintain HR forms and all packets.

Order office supplies.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, are essential.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to interact with others at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities in a fast and ever-changing environment.

Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Education and Experience

High school education or equivalent.

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
