We are looking for a person to join our team as a payroll specialist / HR assistant.
Duties:
Process bi weekly payroll for approximately 75 employees in two locations in California and Pennsylvania
Benefits administration (ie: medical, dental, vision and 401k)
Onboarding and offboarding employees
Assist HR with:
Recruitment
Training
Open enrollment
Workers compensation
HR administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
Education: High school diploma or better
6 months experience in payroll processing (Will train right person)
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Ability to to be at the facility 40 hours a week or more
Willingness to educate themselves on updated laws and regulations around HR in California
