About this Position
SeeScan is currently seeking a Recruiter to help identify and hire job candidates.
Your Mission
As the point person responsible for recruitment activities, you will develop an acute understanding of our organization and goals, our various teams, and the positions we need in order to proactively recruit highly qualified candidates. The person in this role must have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of recruiting candidates that lead to win-win outcomes for the individual and organization.
Responsibilities
Work with upper level management to design and implement the company’s overall recruiting strategy
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and proactively meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs
Collaborate with managers and Communications team to develop compelling job ads that attract the right candidates
Source and recruit candidates from professional networks, social media, etc.
Screen applications based on job requirements and applicant qualifications
Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified candidates, and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, experience, skills, and aptitudes
Track the success rate of different recruiting strategies, and recommend course changes as needed
Qualifications
Experience as a Recruiter, preferably in-house, with a proven track record of successfully filling open positions
o Experience recruiting for a manufacturing and/or engineering company preferred
Experience conducting phone and video interviews
Knowledgeable of recruiting best practices, tools and methodologies
Familiarity with relevant employment law
A strong sense of professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision making and organizational skills, and an exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is a plus
