We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have at least 3+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using various tools, including an ohmmeter.
Perform equipment repairs and appliance repairs as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
Operate company vehicles for field service calls, ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls to ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards in every task performed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician for at least 3 years
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Familiarity with property maintenance practices is advantageous.
A welding ability is preferred for specific repair tasks.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
