We are in search of a janitor / day porter who speaks English and has a minimum of 3 years of experience.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an apartment complex, with cleaning duties that include: common areas, vacant apartment units, apartment models, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, etc.
In order to succeed in this position, the candidate MUST possess the below qualities:
3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience!
attention to detail and be a self-starter!
a strong work ethic and job maturity!
be extremely dependable.
a professional appearance.
reliable transportation.
Work schedule is 5 days a week at two different apartment complexs. Mon, Wed, Fri, 8am to 5pm and Sat, Sun 9am to 6pm
