We are in search of:
1 Day Porter to work full time Monday - Friday in the La Jolla UTC area.
Job Description:
We are in search of 1 day porter / janitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning.
Job Duties:
This Day Porter will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of a very high-end apartment complex, with cleaning duties that include: cleaning of common areas, model apartments, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc.
Job Requirements:
In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities:
3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience!
attention to detail and be a self-starter!
a strong work ethic and job maturity!
be extremely dependable!
a professional appearance!
reliable transportation!
ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff!

Great Hourly Pay:
Pays between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour to start DOE.
