Spotless n Serene Cleaning Service is hiring for experienced, independent house cleaners who service the areas of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Cardiff, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, and Escondido.
As an independent contractor, you are able to choose the jobs you want to take on, in the areas you want to service.
SNSCS will refer jobs to you, submit estimates, and collect payment. This is ideal for those who dont want to take the necessary time to market to get more clients or homes to clean.
As an independent contractor, the following apply :
-You need to have house cleaning clients of your own that you are (currently) servicing.
-Minimum 3-4 years house cleaning experience
- You need to have your own cleaning supplies and equipment to get the jobs done.
- You should have a reliable and insured vehicle.
- You should be able to provide three business and three personal references.
- You should be able to understand English fluently.
Great opportunity to make a lot of money if you have really good cleaning skills, and are reliable, communicative and consistent.
My current team took home $5500 in April, $4500 in May, and currently at $1800 in June. They also earn income from their own business.
A new hire that works 2-3 days a week has earned close to $2000 thus far in June.
All jobs pay a percentage at 60%, or averages around $25- $30 per hour.
On call cleaners that are available last minute, same day or same week, can earn up to 75% of each job, which averages out to around $40 per hour.
This high percentage payout is only for highly experienced and readily available independent or team cleaners, who are on call or on-demand and can accept last minute job requests easily.
With a great attitude, effective communication skills, strong work ethic, excellent and skilled cleaning abilities, and accommodating personality, you should be a great representative for my company.
All positions are independent contractor positions, therefore you are responsible for paying your own taxes, having your own vehicle, and having your own supplies and equipment. A 1099 tax form will be submitted at the end of the year for tax purposes.
