Full Time Utility Worker: Rancho Bernardo

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA.¨¨
Salary: $15/hour plus paid overtime (when overtime is required).
Status: Non-exempt. (Hourly)¨¨
Hours of Work: ¨¨Work hours are on a 9/80 schedule. ¨
Hours are: Monday - Thursday: 5:30 am to 3 pm. Fridays: 5:30 am to 2pm. Every other Friday is off.
We are looking for an individual to provide on-site support at a major corporation. ¨¨
Job Duties:
- Moving/Relocating office furniture¨
- Furniture Installation
- Routine Moving¨- Packing/Unpacking
- Special event activities and set-up/take downs
- Furniture repair
- Maintenance of furniture and building premises (pantries, break rooms, locker rooms, fitness center, conference rooms, etc.)
- Building equipment and lighting
- Operating supplies/services that are required for the safety of all occupants of the property.
- Furniture Repair Services: Minor furniture repair to items such as chair adjustment levers, keyboard tray adjustments, wood or surface touch-ups.
- Miscellaneous Services: Hanging white boards, tack boards, pictures, signs etc., inventorying facilities storage, light furniture cleaning after installation or repair, etc.¨¨¨
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to read English, understand and perform work requests
- Lift more than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in and maintain a clean working environment.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to work overtime on an as needed basis.
- Must be a US Citizen or have valid green card.
