Prefer student or similar to help out with home upkeep and minor renovations,weekends and hours are flexible. Need to have DL, transportation, be local, hardworking and reliable. Some tools will be provided, must be experienced with all tools. Example of jobs: gazebo setup, redo windows includes sanding, putty, painting, winterizing etc,clutter hauled away, Garage den build-out, replacing screen doors, outdoor general work such as trimming trees, shrubs. Mechanical and computer experience would be good as well.
