Goldrich Kest has an immediate need for a Porter for our Otay Park Apartment community.
Responsibilities
Clean and tidy the property including all janitorial/ grounds keeper duties and additional cleaning jobs as necessary
Clean all interior hallways, common areas, and some exterior of the property
Routinely shampoo common area carpets and buff floors
Requirements
Ability to work well with staff, visitors and residents
Self-motivated, efficient and able to adapt to a variety of cleaning situations as they arise
A sense of pride in keeping the community looking great
