About Our Family:
We are a warm, busy family of four with two young children (ages 3 and 1) and a sweet, friendly mini golden doodle. We work from home most days and are also in and out of the house depending on other responsibilities. Our home is lively and full, and we’re looking for someone kind, capable, and proactive to help bring a sense of calm, order, and efficiency to our daily rhythm. Our ideal person is experienced working with families, enjoys children, and can take initiative without needing to be asked twice.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented House Manager & Family Assistant who can help keep our household running smoothly. You’ll be a key support to us during the busiest parts of our day, especially late afternoons into the early evening. You’ll be someone who can anticipate needs, create systems, support light meal prep, and keep the house decluttered and organized - even when the kids are pulling things out faster than we can put them away. Comfort with dogs and backup support with the children is also a must.
