Maint. Tech Needed at Stone Arbor Apartments Village
Interview Day Friday April 26th
From 11am-4pm!
We are a growing company in need of some qualified maintenance/renovation techs.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a maintenance technician in apartment communities.
2. Must own a truck and have your own tools.
3. Basic smart phone & computer skills. Yardi experience a plus
4. Must have knowledge in all areas of maintenance such as checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in the following areas of, but not limited to:
APPLIANCES, (Installation, repairs and replacing),
BASEBOARDS/CROWN MOLDING,
BUILDING REPAIRS,
CARPENTRY,
CEMENT/CONCRETE PATCH WORK,
COUNTER TOP REPAIR/REPLACEMENT (required),
DECK REPAIRS,
DOORS/CLOSET DOORS/SLIDING GLASS DOORS (repair & replacement - required),
DRYWALL (required),
ELECTRICAL - (required),
FENCING,
PLUMBING - (required) - (galvanized pipes, shower stems & valves, slab leaks, gas leaks, etc),
ROOF REPAIRS/PATCHES/TARPING,
SHOWER ENCLOSURE installations,
SIDING/GUTTERS,
STUCCO
SUB-FLOOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, TILE WORK (flooring, wall, countertops),
WALL HEATERS/WALL UNIT AIR-CONDITIONERS (Installation, repairs and replacing),
WATER HEATERS (repairs & replacing),
WINDOW REPAIRS & GLASS REPLACEMENT,
MUST OWN A TRUCK (REQUIRED),
As well as knowledge of day to day maintenance,
Responsible for timely completion of all phases of apartment make-ready work,
This is a Roving maintenance position.
