W.A. STONE TERMITE is one of San Diego's oldest family owned pest control companies and we are currently hiring hard working, dependable individuals for full time Service Professional positions.
We are looking for self-motivated professionals. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.
A service professional is responsible for identifying and eliminating pest problems. These services include but are not limited to; safely applying pesticides to the interior and exterior of commercial buildings and private homes. Setting and baiting rodent bait stations. Bee services which include: hive removal, honey extraction and wall intrusions.
Our service professionals are trained in maintaining a working partnership with businesses, homeowners, and property managers. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills are a must. A Well Qualified Applicant Will have the following qualities:
Have a Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License is a plus
QAL or QAC Category B license is a plus
Possess a clean driving record (H-6 DMV printout required)
Pass a background check, physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Applying treatments to residential and commercial properties
- Performing pest and rodent services
- Tailoring customers' protection plans to control their pests year-round.
- Troubleshooting customers' general pest problems.
- Collecting payments after services rendered.
- Exceeding customer expectations with every interaction.
-Help reach company service and sales goals
Job requires physical duties such as climbing a ladder, lifting approx. 50 lbs, crawling into attic or substructure areas (small spaces)
COMPENSATION: UNLIMITED POTENTIAL
- $15.00-$20.00 per hour DOE
- Additional performance/sales bonuses available with route sales goals

ADDITIONAL:
- Clean criminal record for state required background check.
- Good driving record required (no more than one traffic violation in past 3 years NO DUIs).
- Must be clean shaven for this position (neatly trimmed mustache is the only facial hair acceptable).
Drug test, background check, e-verify check, DMV record check, Federal Live Scan digital finger print check for the state of California will be performed on all new hires to verify the above.
