Location: Mission Viejo/Carlsbad - other locations, when needed
Full-Time opening for a Porter with entry-level maintenance and cleaning skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to, picking up grounds, cleaning laundry rooms, pool area, common areas, painting (interior and exterior) and assisting Maintenance Staff or Office Staff, as needed. Our candidate must be detailed-oriented, self-motivated and committed to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in basic maintenance and porter duties
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Have basic knowledge with cleaning, painting and basic maintenance
- Must be detail-oriented, strong organization skills and willing to take initiative while in the field
- Provide own tools
- Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have verifiable references
