We are looking for an energetic manager for our Condo community. The general duties include: Maintain an onsite presence, Perform general grounds maintenance, Maintain the optimal appearance of the property and perform minor repairs, Monitor security and safety, Enforce the Rules and Regulations, Assist owners as needed. Candidate must have basic understanding of minor plumbing and electrical systems and basic handyman skills. The job compensation includes a studio apartment in the Condo community. Candidate must agree to thorough background check and must have good credit and rental history.
