Water Damage/Restoration/Mold Remediation Tech
Please read the following carefully to see if you meet our requirements.
We are looking for a full time tech. Must have experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and structure drying. You must be able to assess the water damage and its needs, extract water from property, perform necessary demo, set up drying equipment, and monitor the loss drying process from start to finish. Experience with mold contamination and remediation is required and must include setting up containment, setting up equipment and removing/treating contamination per protocols. We are looking for candidates who are team players and can promote the can-do work ethic that our company is known for. We are interested in a candidate who is committed to doing the work in an honest way.
HAVING CURRENT IICRC CERTIFICATIONS (WRT, AMRT, ASD, CCT...) IS A PLUS
We are looking for someone with experience and interest in the following areas:
⢠Water damage mitigation and restoration
⢠Mold remediation
⢠Carpet cleaning
⢠General handyman work
What we are looking for in a potential employee:
⢠WRT, AMRT, ASD, CCT and/or other IICRC certifications
⢠Ability to read, write and speak English
⢠Honest and Reliable
⢠Able to drive a truck/van
⢠Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
⢠Pass a background and drug test (a must) with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving theft or violence
⢠Clean appearance (no visible tattoos)
⢠Good people skills/customer service (a must to succeed with our company)
⢠Hard working
⢠Willing and fast learner (must be willing to adopt our policies, practices and procedures)
⢠Takes pride in their work
⢠Can provide references
⢠Ability to work flexible hours. Ability to be on call 24/7 for emergency jobs. Not always on call it's a rotating schedule
⢠Leave jobsite clean and orderly
⢠Follow uniform policy
⢠Perform additional tasks when required
⢠You must have a current California drivers license, reliable transportation to get to work, good driving record (no DUI/suspended license).
