Business law firm seeking legal assistant, and Attorney. Work involves a wide range of business litigation and probate matters. Will provide Courtroom trial work as well as motion practice. Qualified staff may also do preparation of legal filings, memos of points and authorities or other research. All work is remote. Appearance attorney also needed.
Knowledge of online filing systems, legal research and writing is helpful but job responsibilities are flexible. Work involves 10-40 hours a week. Our flexibility allows you to work as much or as little as you choose, as well as when and where you work.
