The SEO Specialist is the foundation of Circa's services and innovations. You care about the success of our clients and our company, and you are always proactively looking for ways to analyze, streamline, add value. You are forward-thinking and always looking to learn. You have experience in digital marketing and SEO. Most importantly, you believe in the core values that drive our day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time SEO Specialist role in San Diego, and we are happy to help new employees relocate.
About the Role -- You Will:
- Master and lead innovative off-page SEO strategies
- Develop and implement creative content marketing and link building initiatives
- Leverage industry leading off-page SEO tools such as Citation Labs, Pitchbox and Advanced Google Search parameters
- Grow and manage relationships with media contacts and webmasters
- Work with in-house analytics expert to report SEO metrics to clients
- Learn and work alongside SEO & digital marketing, and content creation veterans
- Support our strong SEO customer retention
- Work in a modern, open floor office only a block from the beach
You:
- Are a self-motivated individual passionate in expanding your digital marketing and SEO professional experience
- Are tech-savvy and enjoy developing new skills and insights
- Are a creative problem solver
- Stay up to date on the latest internet & social media trends amongst your peers
- Can work across cultures and disciplines, with minimal supervision
- Value higher education and enjoy helping people
- You are a good person who likes working in a young, innovative, laid back, but professional environment
Your Experience Should Include:
- 5+ years of digital marketing/SEO experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Expert in Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent SEO tools
- Proficient in Google Analytics, GSC, Excel, Gmail organization
- Professional writing and communication skills
