Community Interface Services is looking for a flexible and organized staff person for work coaching a small group of people with developmental disabilities at a day program that helps them become fully involved in the community. Assist them in following a busy schedule volunteering in the community while also working with each person individually on their goals towards independence. Spend each day teaching them community skills like safety, social interactions, communication, and employment. Also participate in recreational activities - have fun while making a difference!

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping others, relevant experience or education, a vehicle in good working condition that can seat 4-5 comfortably, a safe driving record and a reliable work history. CA Driver's License, Auto Insurance, TB Test, Fingerprinting, Drug Screen, and Background Check required upon hire. CPR/First Aid certification required.
