The Company: Green Guard Services was founded in 2009 and has grown to 50+ employees with offices in San Diego and Los Angeles counties and customer all across the continental United States. Green Guard Services, Inc. was recently featured on the front page of the San Diego Business Journal.

The Bullpen: vending machines, pool table, air hockey, couches, Xbox

We Provide: free coffee, polos, hats, jackets, BBQs, etc

The Position: This Part Time position is to work with the Executive Assistant for a CEO that runs 4 businesses. The position will be to support in the administrative duties, some personal errands for the CEO (driving between businesses, picking up items etc) and primarily following up with organizational responsibilities. It will be contracted work to start. The hours are 20-25 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible as long as tasks get done, but the hours of operations are typically between 7am-6pm. This person will come to the office in Escondido to perform his/her tasks. This is a fast paced environment that is a lot of fun! The perfect candidate will possess a very high computer aptitude, has experience using Gmail and other office products, and most importantly, has a very strong organizational and detail management type of mind.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Google Drive, CRM software, form-building software, Cloud storage software, and other computer programs and smart phone applications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

The Responsibilities:

Management and Organization of assigned tasks

Meet required deadlines

Handle light personal errands for the GEO

Courier duties between CEO owned businesses

Account, Payroll, and Timeclock auditing

Paperwork Processing

Customer email communications

The Location: Green Guard Services, Inc. is based in Escondido, CA and covers all of San Diego County
