Job Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between owners, Association and vendors
Prepares various forms of communication to owners, including flyers, emails, letters etc.
Maintain and update calendar
Maintains parking and clubhouse logs
Issues special permits, keys and schedules reservations
Answers and screens Community Manager's telephone calls
Organize and maintains filing system
Responsible for data input and maintaining owner records
Process and maintain work orders for maintenance requests from homeowners and board members
Assist Manager with tasks as needed
Assist with receptionist tasks as needed
Requirements:
2 years Administrative Experience
Ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
Ability to work office equipment
Type with accuracy and speed 35+ wpm
Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.
Knowledge in Tops Software preferred but not required.
