Position: Survey Dept. Telephone Interviewer
Telephone interviewing consists of:
Conducting telephone surveys (no sales) using web-based software
Reading aloud from a script with an easy to understand phone presence
Moderate typing and light data entry
Working closely with supervisors for quality assurance purposes
Required skills and abilities:
Basic computer knowledge
Strong communication skills
Ability to remain courteous and professional at all times
Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
Flexible schedules available: afternoon to evening hours, weekday and weekend shifts.
Previous phone experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
