Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator will be a member of the Field Sales Team and manage/support all lease/license agreements for ecoATMâs network of kiosks. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the collection, review, and execution of all agreements and have direct contact with general managers, property managers leasing agents and other partners to facilitate new agreements and renewals.
This role sits onsite at our Corporate Office in Sorrento Valley; no remote work available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of new lease/license agreement and renewals, ensuring proper execution of internal company processes
- Maintain organization of all files and correspondences of agreements
- Conduct initial review of agreement details and work with internal Legal team for compliance review
- Communicate and coordinate requested revisions to partners
- Maintain the tracking of agreements using Salesforce
- Establish rapport and provide timely responses to partner and internal inquiries that may include but not limited to: payment notices, change of ownership notices, Certificate of Insurance requests, and Company changes
- Maintain partner relationships by addressing operational/maintenance issues, communicating important messages between our internal teams and partners, distributing performance reporting, and responding to miscellaneous partner requests
- Create reports using Salesforce and analyze results to provide business recommendations for improved visibility
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma + 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelorâs Degree +1 year(s) of relevant experience required
- Salesforce or other CRM experience highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively and possess excellent writing skills required
- Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required
- Advanced proficiency level utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required
- Experience working with DocuSign preferred
- Experience in lease/license agreement administration highly preferred
- Experience/Familiarity with shopping mall landlords preferred
