Thank you for checking out our posting for a commercial real estate agent with our firm. We are a Pacific Beach based commercial real estate investment brokerage and were seeking to fill a full time position on our team. We specialize in selling apartments, restaurants, retail buildings, mixed-use properties, offices, single tenant NNNs, and shopping centers throughout San Diego with an emphasis in coastal communities. We do not sell residential properties such as single family residents, townhomes, or condos.
This is a Monday thru Friday position with an occasional Saturday. We rarely work on the weekends.
The position requires heavy prospective calling and setting appointments. Do not apply to this position unless you are comfortable on the phones.
We would like the candidate to have the following characteristics:
-an active California real estate salespersons license
-a 4 year degree or more from a major university
-a reliable means of transportation with insurance
-experience with prospecting over the phones
-an existing track record in the business
