I am looking for a marketing/sales team member
The responsibilities will be as follows:
You will be contacting through text email and phone calls a list that will be provided to you
The conversation is very short and direct
Usually will be 5-10 mins as you are simply asking them if they are interested in selling their properties
We have some other products as well but mainly for real estate and interior design
This is a very simple and easy job but requires CONSISTENCY to succeed
You must dedicate a minimum of 4-6 hours each day to succeed
The compensation is as follows (a detailed compensation plan will be provided once hired)
This is a commission based job
You will be getting paid a flat fee of $500 for each deal plus 5% commission on the total commission
10% commission on larger deals
We close about 2-6 transactions each month meaning you should make anywhere between $2500-$6000/month or more and there will be bonuses
I am looking to hire 2 people
This is a very fun job it’s easy simple and potential for great income if you commit daily to a min of 4-6 hours
Remember that you are a TEAM member so this is a place to grow learn and have fun
