We have been in the business for over a decade and have completed well over 600 deals. We also have our own capital! No hard money loans which makes our firm even more competitive than other investors when it comes to getting deals and writing offers. The typical home flipping firm usually offers acquisitions analysts 2-5k per deal with very little upside participation. We are willing to partner with a select candidate who will make 30% of the net profit per house which is significantly more than any company would offer. We have a contractor partner who is one of the best GC's in San Diego and will handle the construction and renovation of each project so you only have to focus on deal flow.
JOB DESCRIPTION-FULL TIME:
We are seeking an analyst who will be a key member of company's acquisitions team. Your primary role will be sourcing, underwriting and evaluating potential properties that company can acquire on a daily basis. 70% of your time would be in the office writing offers and following up on deals. The other 30% would be in the field looking at potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this role will have had real estate and sales experience or worked for another company in the same industry.
