Local Independent Commercial Real Estate Broker looking to expand and train one to two new Agents.
If you are a self-motivated and persistent individual, who already has his/her real estate license, this is an opportunity to gain experience and tools necessary to become a perennial producer making six figures and beyond annually, sky is the limit.
This apprenticeship/runner-ship is designed for you to train, learn, and help the company to grow, while making good money and by becoming an integral member of an expanding team as a producing Agent.
Please note that it will be expected you have some way to keep yourself afloat financially in the beginning, as this is a strictly commission-based environment. However, if/when you learn the skills necessary, the commissions you will earn can be huge.
As an a SF Bay Area native and SDSU grad/longtime San Diego Resident who started with very little, I can attest to how lucrative and exciting this career can be, as well as just how challenging it is to become and remain a consistent producer. I am ready/willing/able, and passionate about training the right individual(s), in the right way, who have the thirst to learn and drive to succeed that this business requires.
