- Some experience in Retail/Customer Service.
- Able to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
- Have flexibility with hours;
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knows how to communicate well with peers and others;
- have good organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision if necessary;
- Able to engage in the company's culture and follow directions;
- Has ability to read, count and write accurately for documentation and inventory needs
- Able to stand for extended periods of time

- Greeting customers and determining their needs and wants
- Suggesting merchandise and helping customers based on individual tastes
- Taking initiatives when maintaining the store clean and presentable;
- Listening and respecting company's guidelines when dealing with peers and customers;
