JOB DETAILS
Location: San Diego, CA (Remote)
Shifts / Hours: Standard business hours M-F

Rate: $80/hr

Description for Program Manager:

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs

Job Responsibilities for Program Manager:

• Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
• Develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Prepares proposals to win new programs.

Skills Needed for Program Manager:

• Working with cross functional teams in Marketing and Tech
• Go to market products
• Working with external partners and driving integration between 2 companies
• Leading end to end process across multiple teams
• Working with multiple work streams and project teams

Required Qualifications for Program Manager:

• 7+ years of Program Management experience
• Bachelors or equivalent experience

Bonus Qualifications (not required) for Program Manager:

• Knowledge of Smart Sheets and G-suite
