We are an IT Consulting firm based in Mission Valley. We provide IT and Network support to customers throughout San Diego County. We are looking for a Tier 2 Full Time IT Help Desk Technician for remote and on-site customer support willing to start at 7AM. This position will provide an opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise supporting small and medium business customers. We are looking for a self starter who can effectively triage tickets as they are received and work on them according to SLA guidelines. Onsite support will be needed at times, therefore you must be able to provide reliable transportation.

- Willingness to work after hours or weekends as needed

- Desire to advance to a higher position

- 3+ Years Experience Providing Technical Support

Technical Requirements for the Position Include

- Understanding of computer and network infrastructure

- Ability to understand basic settings of routers and firewalls

- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows Desktop and Server editions, Active Directory Account Management, Office Tools, Office365, Sharepoint, Onedrive

- Ability to install and configure wide range of applications

- Basic Hardware Troubleshooting

- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills is a must

- Thorough and careful Quality Control (double checking work is a plus)

- Maintaining technical documentation with regard to technical maintenance procedures and resolution of issues / problems

- Technical certifications are a plus
