Job Responsibilities: NO COLD CALLS! You will be meeting with prospective clients to assist them with their income protection, mortgage protection, final expense protection and college education funding. This is not a door-to-door sales position. We pay for and provide LEADS, help with lead management, and provide sales training for our team members (which is why we are so selective in who we hire). We are ultimately looking for our future leaders. Within 1-2 months, candidates may be given the opportunity to join our management team. You will be taught the business and in turn pass that knowledge down to your associates, while earning bonuses and overrides for training new agents.
Qualifications: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Bilingual is a plus.
