About the Opportunity
Bluewave Insurance is a fast-growing Medicare agency that helps Medicare beneficiaries understand their plan options and choose the right coverage. We’ve helped thousands of clients nationwide and continue to grow rapidly.
This is a high-volume, inbound sales role — no cold calling.
You’ll receive warm leads daily and follow our proven consultative sales process. No insurance experience is needed — we pay for your licensing and provide full training.
What You’ll Do
Speak with inbound prospects and educate them on Medicare plan options
Follow our consultative sales process (we train you)
Enroll clients into the right Medicare plan
Provide excellent service to generate referrals
Handle follow-ups, rewrites, and cross-sales
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone communication and people skills
Competitive and driven to hit goals
Coachable and willing to follow a process
Comfortable with high lead volume
Enjoy educating and helping people make good decisions
No insurance license required — we cover the costs

Year 1: $65,000+
Year 2: $75,000+
Year 3+: $85,000+ potential
