Job Requirements:
1+ years of inside sales experience
Experience making outbound cold calls (using consultative approach)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-starter & goal-oriented
Organized and strong follow-up skills
Confident closing sales
Good computer skills
Job Responsibilities:
Call qualified leads(100-150) - connect with 50+ prospects per day ( 2 hours talk time/day)
Determine and evaluate customer needs using Customer Focused Selling techniques
Demonstrate software products (via webinars - join.me)
Bi-lingual French and/or Spanish is a plus+
Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM - flexibility after training)
Pay-rate: $16/hour + commission, bonus and spiffs (1st year earnings average $50K-$65K)
