Peraton is seeking a junior to mid-level Java and JavaScript Software Test Engineer to help lead the integration and acceptance testing activities for the Navy's cyber situational awareness platform, Navy Cyber Situational Awareness (NCSA) designed to provide the operational context for cyber threat intelligence and situational awareness from external boundaries to tactical edge infrastructures for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, in San Diego, CA.
The Peraton team will support on-going/recurring delivery of NCSA capability enhancement and solution development that enables operations to the tactical level commanders to have situational awareness of how the current cyber environment affects their ability to accomplish their mission. NCSA is designed to ingest data to conduct data mining with Splunk from 150+ sources of large heterogeneous data in near real time. You will be responsible for implementing tests to provide integration, security activities and information assurance/cybersecurity for the deployment of applications on the NCSA.
