Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in driving company's Product Development initiatives.
- Play an integral and lead role in Agile story writing, requirements gathering, and technical specification documents.
- Partner with technical teams through the entire software development lifecycle including defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating with product development teams.
- Reporting to the CTO, the Product Manager will implement the product roadmap, translate product ideas and goals into actionable items, and bring products and services to market.
- Work effectively in an ambiguous as well as in a structured environment while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of the company's primary product - a SaaS platform providing website design, email campaign management, and secure document storage.
- Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization continual investigation of process improvement strategies.
Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or business systems analysis.
- Experience with SaaS products, preferably B2B.
- Participation in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from initial concept through product delivery.
- Proven success writing Agile user stories and gathering bullet-proof technical requirements.
- Scrum/Agile training or certification required.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product management and software development best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and effective while handling multiple tasks.
