Looking for L1 and L2 Desktop Support Technicians for field work.
Minimum requirements:
- Great communication skills and attitude!
- Troubleshooting basic network connectivity, testing.
- Computer hardware: Ability to test/troubleshoot PC's/Printers and replace peripherals.
- US work authorization and ability to pass background check (Required).
- Able to lift 50lbs and have reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Windows 7/10 Operating System, OS updating, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Office 2013/2016/2019 including troubleshooting email issues
- Experienced with Virtual applications and configuration: Zoom, Teams, Skype.
- Understanding of Windows firewall, network configuration,
- Experienced with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Ping, NSLookup
- Experienced with Storage, backup and business continuity expertise (SAN, NAS, etc.)
- Experienced with configuring IOS and Android Mobile devices to email and apps
- Understanding of Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
- Experienced with Printer / Scanner installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficient with OS reimaging
- Knowledgeable with Antivirus software/deployment, customizing firewall ports
- Able to troubleshoot computer PC hardware issues.
Preferred:
- Certifications in CompTIA A+/ Network+ or Microsoft MCP, etc.
This is full time permanent position in San Diego. $19 - $25 an hour plus benefits package.
