LEAD HVAC INSTALLER:Job Description:
Mauzy is seeking full-time HVAC installers to join our team! We're looking for someone to have great people skills and takes pride in their work with a minimum of 2 years’ HVAC installation experience.Primary Tasks:
Install heating & cooling equipment and conduct thorough testing after installation
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
Maintain a neat and tidy work environment and adhere to safety protocols
Communicate effectively with customers while delivering excellent customer service Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ HVAC installation experience is required
Must be able to run a crew and complete a residential HVAC installation from start to finish
Problem solving and listening skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces
Must comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures
NATE and EPA certified preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have valid driver’s license

Sales experience and bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required. Primary Tasks:
Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage & current meters, and flow sensors
Ability to test, repair and/or replace defective equipment, electrical circuits, components or wiring
Ability to test equipment after repair and provide clear, concise reporting after job is completed
Stocking company vehicle with all necessary equipment
Install heating and cooling equipment, when needed
Maintain a neat and tidy workspace
Evaluate customer’s pains and desires and provide solutions to fit their home, budget and needs
Communicate effectively with customers and deliver excellent customer service at all timesQualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ HVAC technician experience
Problem solving and listening skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work flexible hours (up to 6 service calls per day during peak seasons)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces
Must comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures
NATE and EPA certified preferred
Prior sales experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have valid driver’s license
