Lead Technician Needed for Water Damage Remediation and Restoration Company! (San Diego)
We are a general contractor that provides professional water damage remediation and restoration services. We are looking to expand our team.
Position Overview
We have an opportunity for lead technicians to join our team. Lead technicians are responsible for responding to new water loss, perform emergency water removal, develop a drying strategy, set up drying equipment, perform demo needed and perform onsite monitoring of the dry out process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Meets, organizes and supervises crew on job site.
Meet property owner at job site to determine dry out strategy and perform all tasks associated with dry out of home/building.
Maintains frequent communication with customer throughout the job. Communicating with customer in person (while checking the job), by phone or in writing.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Prior water damage remediation experience is REQUIRED
The knowledge required to determine the scope of the loss and place the proper amount of equipment needed to perform dry out of the home/building.
IICRC Certified
Clean DMV REQUIRED
AREAS WE SERVICE
We service all of San Diego County, Orange County and Riverside County.
WAGES
$17 - $25 per hour (DOE)
