Skilled worker/helper needed. Our company specializes in residential maintenance and repair: condominiums, home owner's associations, as well as private residences. You must be versatile in several trades, must have your own transportation, and basic hand tools. This is NOT a lead man/supervisor position. Hours vary, but typically 8:30 to 5:00. Job sites are located throughout San Diego County. Workers are typically dispatched from our office to the jobsites, using their, or our company vehicles. The positions available are for full time, with variable hours, depending on our work load. Pay will be dependent on your proven skill level in the field, so expect to begin at the lower end of our pay scale. Being on time, dependable, and presentable is absolutely essential. Non-smoker preferred. If you have substance, legal, or financial issues, do not apply. We will do a background check. You must have verifiable references.
